Floral Orders Information

ORDER PICKUP DEADLINES: For all pick up orders, please select “Store Pick Up” during checkout. We accept orders until 4 pm for same-day pick up, Tuesday - Saturday.

Orders for delivery are delivered same day between 11am - 6pm. 

NOTE: We fulfill deliveries on select Sundays each year, such as Mother’s Day. We do not fulfill deliveries on statutory holidays.
 No time guarantee applies to deliveries during the week of national holidays, such as Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day, due to the high volume of orders for fulfillment.

Our courier will leave your order: (1) at the recipient’s front door (weather permitting) OR (2) with reception/concierge (if available). Having done so, our courier will inform the recipient by phone. In cases of severe weather or when temperatures fall below 10°C, flowers or potted plants cannot be left exposed outside. If the recipient isn’t available, we will automatically reschedule the delivery for an alternate date/time we deem safe.

If an alternate delivery attempt is required for a future date, a second delivery fee will apply. We will promptly connect with you (the sender) in these circumstances.

Vancouver: $15

Burnaby, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, New Westminister: $25

Delta, Surrey, Coquitlam: $40

*Langley: $45.00

*Abbotsford, Chilliwack: $55.00

*Denotes locations for which a business delivery guarantee (i.e., before 5 pm) is not available.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: At this time, we do not coordinate delivery or pick up with recipients nor do we fulfill specially-timed deliveries or delivery add-ons, such as wine or chocolates or candles.

IN—STORE PICKUP AVAILABLE FOR ALL ORDERS

  • HAVE FURRY FRIENDS AT HOME?

    We can also make sure your bouquets are pet friendly. Make sure to indicate your request in the notes section before you checkout. 

  • HEADING OUT OF TOWN, AND WON’T BE HOME TO RECEIVE YOUR FLOWERS? 

    You can send us an email at hello@labomba.ca to temporarily change your delivery date, or send your scheduled bouquet to another address. 

  • DELIVERY DATE SLIPPED YOUR MIND?

    If you’re not home when we send for delivery, we will either leave your bouquet safely at your door or take it back to the studio with us for a second delivery attempt the next day. If we are unable to complete our second delivery attempt, we will reach out to you to arrange a studio pickup. Once we reach out to you for studio pickup, we will hold your bouquet for a maximum of three days.
