What payment methods do you accept
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
When will I be charged
Payment is processed in full at the time your order is placed.
Orders
Can I cancel or change my order
Same day and next day orders cannot be cancelled or changed. For future dated orders, we may be able to assist if sufficient notice is provided. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Custom, event, and holiday orders are generally final sale and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
What if I entered the wrong information
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will do our best to update your order, but changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.
Delivery and pickup
Do you offer delivery
Yes, we offer local delivery within select areas. Delivery rates and availability are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer shipping
We offer shipping across Canada for non perishable retail items such as vases, candles, and giftware. Fresh flowers and plants are not available for shipping.
Can I choose a delivery time
We deliver within time windows and cannot guarantee exact delivery times. During peak periods, delivery windows may be extended.
What happens if no one is home
If no one is available, we may leave the order in a safe place at our discretion. Once delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
What if the address is incorrect
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Incorrect information may result in delays, failed delivery, or additional charges.
Do you offer in store pickup
Yes, you can select pickup at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready.
Orders must be collected during business hours and on the scheduled day. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, uncollected orders may not be eligible for refund.
Flowers and substitutions
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo
Our designs are seasonal and made using the freshest available flowers. While the overall style and palette will be similar, exact flower varieties may vary.
We may substitute blooms or vessels of equal or greater value while maintaining the design intent.
Care and longevity
How long will my flowers last
Fresh flowers typically last between 3 to 7 days depending on the variety and care.
How do I care for my flowers
Trim stems, refresh water daily, and keep arrangements away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts.
Subscriptions
Do you offer flower subscriptions
Yes, we offer ongoing floral subscriptions for homes and businesses.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription
Subscriptions can be modified or cancelled with at least 48 hours notice before your next scheduled delivery.
Returns and refunds
Do you accept returns
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, all fresh items are final sale.
Non perishable retail items may be eligible for return within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
What if there is an issue with my order
Please contact us within 24 hours for flowers and plants, or within 3 days for retail items, with photos so we can assess and assist.
Gift cards
Do you offer gift cards
Yes, digital gift cards are available online.
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
