Shipping and Delivery Policy
La Bomba Floristry

Overview
We offer three fulfilment options depending on the product:

  • Local delivery for floral and select items
  • In store pickup
  • Shipping via Canada Post or courier for non perishable retail items

Availability will be shown at checkout based on your order.

Local delivery

Delivery areas
We deliver within select local areas. Delivery availability and fees are calculated at checkout.

Orders outside our delivery zone will not be accepted.

Delivery timing
We deliver within time windows, not exact times.

Standard delivery is completed within the selected day. Same day delivery is available before our daily cut off time. Orders placed after cut off will be delivered the next available day.

During peak periods, delivery windows may be extended.

Recipient responsibility
Customers must ensure that the recipient is available or that a safe place is provided for delivery.

If no one is available, we may leave the order in a safe location at our discretion.

Once delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.

Failed delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, no access to the property, or recipient unavailability without a safe place, the order may be returned and redelivery fees will apply.

Perishable items may not be eligible for redelivery depending on condition.

Shipping via Canada Post or courier

Eligible items
Shipping is available for non perishable retail items only, such as vases, candles, and giftware.

We do not ship fresh flowers or plants.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post or courier services, weather, service disruptions, customs, or regional delays.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Risk and responsibility
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once in transit.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.

In store pickup

Orders must be collected during business hours. You will be notified when your order is ready.

Orders not collected on the scheduled day may not be eligible for refund due to perishability.

Incorrect information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and shipping details.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, failed delivery, or additional charges.

Order issues
If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours for flowers and plants, and within 3 days for shipped retail items.

Please include photos where possible so we can assess quickly.

Delays outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, carrier disruptions, or incorrect address information.
