Refund policy
Overview
Due to the perishable and custom nature of many of our products, our return and exchange policy is more limited than standard retail.
We review all concerns on a case by case basis and aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly.
Fresh Flowers and Plants
All fresh flowers, arrangements, and plants are final sale.
These items are perishable and sensitive to environmental conditions once they leave our care. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Fresh floral arrangements
- Cut flowers
- Potted plants
If there is an issue with quality or condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with clear photos so we can assess and make it right where appropriate.
Event and Custom Orders
All event work, installations, and custom floral orders are final sale.
This includes:
- Weddings
- Events
- Custom designed arrangements
- Special order items
Changes or cancellations must follow the terms outlined in your event agreement or invoice.
Retail Products and Giftware
Non perishable retail items (such as vases, candles, and giftware) may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
- Return requested within 14 days of purchase
- Item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided

Approved returns may be refunded or issued as store credit at our discretion.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within:
- 24 hours for flowers and plants
- 3 days for retail items
Include photos and a brief description of the issue so we can assess quickly.
We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, items must be returned first and a new order placed separately.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds
If a return is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is up to 10 business days after approval
- Financial institutions may take additional time to post the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
Return Address
Returns must be approved before being sent.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
