All of our work is seasonal and design led.
This means exact flower varieties and colours are not guaranteed. We may substitute flowers or vessels based on availability. Substitutions will always be of equal or greater value and in keeping with the overall design style.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this creative discretion.
Orders and cancellations
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order is confirmed, same day and next day orders cannot be cancelled. Other orders may be modified or cancelled with sufficient notice, at our discretion.
Custom, event, and wedding orders are governed by separate agreements and are generally non cancellable.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice.
Prices do not include delivery fees, taxes, or additional service charges where applicable.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
Delivery
We aim to deliver within the requested time window but do not guarantee exact delivery times.
Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or volume. Someone must be available to receive the order, or a safe drop location must be provided.
Once delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in failed delivery and additional charges.
Fresh product disclaimer
Flowers and plants are natural products with limited lifespans.
We do not guarantee longevity beyond normal expectations. Care instructions should be followed to maximize freshness.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, most items are final sale.
