Overview
From time to time, we may offer certain products or services as pre orders or subscription based offerings. The following terms outline how these purchases can be managed or cancelled.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a floral subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency selected at checkout.

Subscriptions may include:

  • Weekly or bi weekly flowers
  • Monthly arrangements
  • Ongoing floral service for homes or businesses

Your payment method will be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery unless otherwise specified.

You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time with at least 48 hours notice prior to your next scheduled delivery.

Changes made after this window may apply to the following delivery cycle.

All subscription deliveries are subject to our Refund Policy. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, delivered arrangements are final sale.

Pre orders

Some products may be offered as pre order, particularly during peak periods or seasonal launches.

By placing a pre order:

  • You are reserving an item for a future delivery or pickup date
  • Full payment or a deposit may be taken at checkout

Pre orders may be cancelled or modified only if sufficient notice is given prior to preparation or dispatch.

Once your order has entered production or has been prepared for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

Seasonal and peak period pre orders (including Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day) are typically final sale due to high volume and procurement commitments.

General conditions

All purchase options are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
