    Process

    Made with oranges that have been dehydrated for 48 hours to create a caramelized and candied orange flavor, followed by a 5-hour infusion of pith to add a bitter component. Orange skin adds a waxy mouth feel and yuzu’s uniquely sharp and sour profile adds even more layers and complexity. You can thank the cinnamon and orange skins for the tannins in this one, and the Murray Salt for the savory undertone.
